This is where I can show you what I’ve created. I use traditional art as well as technology to bring a different prospective to my creations. Unsteady is a representation of my new normal. Multiple sclerosis (MS) may be my diagnosis, but I chose to see the see the funny side of this very unpredictable condition. I hope you can laugh and smile with me. My Characters.
Going through the Alphabet with inspiration from animals, reimagined with the difficulties of my new normal. These and more can happen to everyone at anytime and most just being human. Enjoy.
Aardvark, Tongue Tied. when words are lost, altered and changed. It does make conversation interesting.
Clumsy Cat No2, Meeeooow
Clumsy Cat, When your feet seem twice the size and attract objects like magnets.
Blind as a Bat No2,
Double vision, my view of life.
Blind as a bat. When the world looks different to reality, physically and mentally.
Drowsy Dog, When no amount of sleep or coffee can replace your spoons.
Forgetful Elephant. When the thought of thinking leaves a you in a fog.
Painful Flamingo. One involuntary step after another and I haven't even moved off the sofa.
Hyena, Laughing Faces. If we laugh we laugh, if we cry…. we laugh some more.
No Hands Giraffe, The joys of using sticks. If anything falls, we have no choice but to let them fall.
Iguana, Weighted. weight of the world, dragged down or body feeling so heavy.
We all have our dark sides. Some keep this in their minds others express with ease. I love to not just express, but live in the dark. Myths, Legends and Folklore live in my imagination. My obsessions with “The Nightmare before Christmas” and all that is “Tim Burton” is like the light in my ideas. This collecting is where my thoughts comes to life and my nightmare becomes vivid Dreams. I hope you enjoy my Dark Characters as much as I loved bringing these to life.

Frankenstein’s Monster
A recreation of the character from Mary Shelley’s novel.
Banshee
A recreated fictional character from Irish Folklore.
Behemoth
A recreated bibical, god sized monster.
Grim Reaper
A recreated mythical Character that collects the souls of the dead
A reimaged image inspired many times by others.
Fallen Warrior started as a design for someone close, a dark character that is also strong and brave, a warrior.

I’m a person that likes many different types of things, usually not in the same genre. Hence My Dark character and complete contrast Cute characters. I bounce a lot dependant of my mood, inspiration and boredom. I hope you enjoy these character.

One of the first animals I drew as a very young child, they will always been a place in my heart for these characters

I gave myself a target to create another cute character, after looking through different animals the owl was the one.

A animal wanted by a child that was really hard to find and now hopefully loved by many more people

Inspired by my niece’s obsession of unicorns.
